Covid-19 Coronavirus and Influenza: how to protect yourself

It’s unfortunate, but most of us are at risk of the coronavirus, as well as things like the seasonal flu or bacterial infections because our immune systems are completely shot from poor diet and lifestyle choices.

In fact, you might be most at risk for serious illness if:

  • You are over the age of 50
  • You have a heart condition
  • You have diabetes
  • You have high blood pressure
  • You have kidney disease
  • You have cancer
  • You have lung disease
  • You are a smoker

The coronavirus is not an ordinary flu

We don’t have a vaccine yet, which will most likely take at least a year to develop.

The virus can spread through people who don’t have ANY symptoms.

And the coronavirus is 10 times more lethal than the seasonal flu, according to top US health officials.

I’m not saying this to scare you.

BUT, if you end up getting infected with the coronavirus or even the seasonal flu, God forbid, you’ll want to give your body a fighting chance,,
